The Health Dashboard reads data from your other VitalHealth Hub trackers — Sleep Tracker, Mood Tracker, Step Tracker, and Habit Tracker. All data is stored locally in your browser, so the dashboard simply reads and displays your latest entries. No account, no sync, no privacy concerns. Start with any tracker and the dashboard will display those metrics immediately.
The dashboard shows your most recent entry for each metric alongside a trend indicator (up, down, or stable) based on your 7-day average. Green indicators mean you are meeting your targets; amber indicates room for improvement; red suggests this metric needs attention. Use the dashboard as a daily health check — 30 seconds to see your overall wellness picture.
